Our assistance with travel and transport will help you take private & public transport and make the most of them, to lead a mobile and interactive life.
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
This assistance with daily tasks/shared living will assist you carry out your daily tasks in a shared living set up or environment.
Innov Community Participation
This plan is designed to support NDIS participants develop skills to participate more actively in their respective community.
Development of Life Skills
The core objective of developing life skills is to empower participants with life skills, which include fostering personal care and socialisation, decision-making, independent living, communication.
Household Tasks
This is all about providing assistance with household tasks, whereby participants are able to carry out these tasks with independence and success.
Participate Community
This plan helps participants to actively participate in their respective community and lead active, social and interactive life for better, finer and more jovial living.
Group/Centre Activities
Our assistance with group/centre activities would help participants take part in recreational, extra curricular activities to increase social engagement and boost self confidence.
